Now that is what is nuts to me.

People who filed late should be the very last people to get paid.
Agree 1000%

I just spoke with a GCG rep (not Patrick). He says those who believe they are among the 1000 or so in Wave 2 should be able to find our by calling GCG during the first week of May.

I'm sure this was answered in the thread so my apologies in advance for asking...

If we changed physical home addresses after after sending in our dispute back in September '13 do we need to do anything? Bank information is all the same (except my home address/zip code has changed). I can ask Patrick but thought i would check here first.

thanks in advance...

If the money transfer to your bank doesn't work, they will mail you a check. Best to let them know your new address. Give them a call or email to update your claim. This shouldn't have any effect on the timeline for your remissions payment.

What I really don't understand about the whole 'disputed funds petitioners have to wait significantly longer' is exactly why the undisputed part of their balance isn't paid to them at the same time as everyone else's. I would imagine no one disputed their balance because it was too much. In fact, apparently the only way for us to get paid in the foreseeable near future is to drop our dispute, and forfeit all claim to the money they erroneously shorted us.

How can they honestly say they're trying to get everyone paid as fast as possible if this is how they handle those with incorrect balances? It's absolutely infuriating.

Thanks Xanadu. I sent an email to the claims site. It only took them 30 nonstop reply saying my address was updated. Amazingly impressive

I have a disputed claim and the last correspondence I have received from the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration was on 11/3/2013 notifying me that I have successfully filed my claim.

Has anyone received emails/calls with disputed claims? It looks like they have not even started processing these but I want to make sure I have not missed anything like a notification of incorrect bank info etc.

No, we're just waiting. I submitted mine 9/27 and called afterwards to make sure it was done correctly. Got call back from Patrick a while later saying it looked ok. Nothing since.

Not sure if it has been covered, but I filed a petition and had heard nothing so I sent an email asking for and update/what's my status etc. Basically, I had already been assigned a different control and petition number and nobody notified me. Logged on with the new numbers and confirmed balance, see what happens. Here's a copy of the email.

Dear Mr. XXXXX:

Thank you for your email. Our records indicate that you filed a new petition through the administration website however; you were previously assigned with login credentials based on data supplied to us by Full Tilt Poker (“FTP). Please use the following login credentials to file your petition at www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com:

That happened to quite a few of us. We didn't get the email with the control and petition numbers when they were first sent out. So, we filed a new petition on the website. And then through later correspondence with GCG, we found out we already had numbers we didn't know about. So that meant we had duplicate petitions and one had to be deleted. The latest "rumors' have us who had duplicate petitions being paid in July.

Of course, I quit holding my breath on any of this a long time ago.

I am patiently waiting, I disputed my claim on time ( probably shouldn't have disputed), haven't heard anything yet, I did call and they said everything seems ok.

Got the same email. I was one of those dual (multi) petition people.

Neither. They said I submitted twice. I think that happened due to unclear instructions on how to check status, and I somehow did another submit way back when this first started.

Old but still relevant:

NOTICE REGARDING UPCOMING PAYMENTS
AND BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION

As part of the normal bank account testing conducted prior to issuing ACH payments (as further described below), GCG has identified certain Petitioners who are approved for payment but who submitted account information that was either incomplete or incorrect.

On June 6, 2014, GCG sent emails to all such Petitioners with instructions as to how to update their bank account information through the online filing site. Please note that if we do not receive updated, complete and accurate information by June 25, 2014, a check will be sent to the mailing address provided with the Petition. Petitioners who were approved for payment but who submitted incomplete or inaccurate bank information will receive payment in a subsequent distribution. If any such Petitioners have questions about this process, please contact us.

All other Petitioners who have been approved for payment in the upcoming distribution and whose bank account information has passed the preliminary testing process will be sent an email notice in the next couple of days with the amount of their payment. The next round of payments is scheduled to be issued on Thursday, June 12.
