Can you still play on a site that is not operating in your country? (Partypoker) Can you still play on a site that is not operating in your country? (Partypoker)

Today I received a notification from PP that it will stop operating in my country. I play SNGs here because of a good rakeback deal and I haven't seen another site with that good of a deal. So what I want to know is if I will be available to still play on PP with VPN or how does that all work? And if this is the option, how is then with the deposit/withdrawals, because my bank is based in a country where PP is not operating.

I will really appreciate if someone can explain me a little more in details of how does that all work.

Its against the TOS to play with a VPN and PP is one of the room that care a lot about those things.
I will suggest to play on WPN (acr) for SNG and leaderboard
