I'm just getting back into the game after about 5 years as had family issues and unable to play.. I was told to start back with the small stakes games, as they were easier to beat.. I have a couple of issues that can't figure out how to deal with...
1st the issue of getting back into reading ranges..The problem now is that most of these 1/3 2/5 games, that they are playing a lot of fit and fold.. and they don't use the GTO ranges or any position ranges. that said. Last elementary school question is that they like to play pairs a lot.
Someone said to watch for the boards to help with recognizing the sets and trips to dodge. They say if the board has 2 cards Q or above and 2 cards 7 or below that you should be alert as to the potenial of sets and or trips.. That's all the stupid questions I have at present..
I would be very grateful if some genius would verify and or help with these issues, I would be very grateful. I think this would have a great impact on me being able to play with a lot more confidence that I would have some info to help me play the hands a lot better..
