Bet Sizing Pre and Post If only got limited choice of sizes

say you can only bet 4 default sizes postflop which sizes do you choose and why and only one 3bet 4bet size too pre and only one opening size.
(reason asking as gonna be playing on ipoker skin soon an theres not lotta options or hotkeys and i dont or doubt have to time to be scrolling to sizes actually want, i got rough idea of the sizes i like use least for single raised pots but when it gets to 3bet 4bet pots i dont know how to pick 4 sizes that can make use of all those boards post get it to be what i want on turns rivers id have to alter my game too much to make it fit).
help appreciated.

depends on the stakes you play...
i use pre: 2.5 BB, 3BB, 9BB
post: 33%, 60%, 75%, 120%
You cannot have a button for every situation, you will have to adjust the size manually often.
