i did do well at 25/50, but i also lost a lot at 40/80 and 50/100.
10/20 and lower...(no bumhunting)

what was your biggest downswing in terms of buyins and what length of hands it lasted for?

With your roll right now, if you have to, would you

A) play a fish HU at 1000/2000 for 1000 hands or until youre broke
B) play jungle/durrrr HU at 100/200 for 10000 hands or until youre broke

Also, whats more satisfying, having a winning session online but playing your B game or having a breakeven session live but getting your reads exactly right and making the right moves

As an irishman, never heard of an irish car bomb. Never saw anyone drink one resembling one either. Putting a shot into a pint is common though.

Also lol @ half pint. Surely 5 in a row is the minimum to not be a pussy? I suppose it depends by what you mean in a row.

Sorry if this has been asked, but I couldn't really find it, but in terms of getting better at the game, did you just play a ton of hands in order to get better or were you doing a lot of study? If you could go back, do you think you would've improved faster if you were watching a ton of vids, reading books etc (if you weren't)?

Yes i played the european deep-stack in 07 i think.

In my experience, putting in a ton of volume is far more beneficial to the development of a players skill than anything else. The other things such as coaching and watching videos are important too, but not as important.

Do you take a lot of notes? How important do you think it is? Would you still crush the games íf you stopped taking notes?

Do you think that you could coach any nl50 grinder to beat nl400, how about nl1000?

How much of your edge in your own opinion comes from preflop and how much from postflop?

When you play hu how often do you get the feeling that you just can't figure out how your villain plays? Or you think you have figured out how he plays, but you still can't seem to beat him?

I don't really take notes very much but i would if i wasn't so lazy, i recommend it.

Yes but i don't know how long it would take, it would also depend on the players willingness to broaden their thought process. You'd be surprised how many players are constricted from advancing just because of their closed-mindedness.

Most competent 5/10 regs play pretty much the same pre-flop, obviously some people make some blatant mistakes pre, like the other day i opened to 30 pre from utg at a 5/10 tbl, guy 3b's me from the sb to 100, i 4b to 225 and he flats. We check down a non-descript board and he showed 55 vs my AK, i mean it was a god-awful play but like i say most people play pretty well pre these days. I would definitely say most of my edge on regs come from post-flop.

I am not trying to sound cocky but i have rarely ever played anyone who has just consistently owned me at any form of NLHE(obv there are plenty of players who i haven't played with who i'm sure would totally kill me). Its usually just a matter of time before i figure out how someone is taking advantage of me.

What are your thoughts about coaching, and is there any coach(es) you'd recommend?

I've been playing on FT for bout a month or 2 now, and still dont have PT or HEM. I just ptr people lol. Am I at a huge disadvantage for not taking advantage of a HUD?

I think my biggest problem is when I play poker I'm never focused on it, and autopilot too much. I'd say 90% of my sessions I play too many tables while doing other stuff. For example, I'm typing this while 10 tabling. It seems like I'm always browsing 2p2, watching sports highlights, ect while 8-10 tabling, but I just cant seem to focus on just poker for more than 30 mins or whatever, I think I just get bored of it. How would you recommend I fix this massive leak?
