I would just bet the turn. Ranges are still wide and plenty of reason to bet again, specifically villain has checked twice and you want to try and build a pot with a nutted hand.
Only 1 combo that beats you so even if villain did this with chops it wouldn't take very many to make it a call.
I don't think the call is horrible with your hand strength but why not build the pot on the turn and force out any draw you are afraid of? He has what, 4 combos of hands which have you beat? 3h3d, 3d3s, 3h3s, 2d2s. I'd say you are, a high % of the time, calling with a chop as your worst case scenario.
