V is Euro reg, likely a pro. Haven’t had too much history with him.

Hero with 88 in UTG open to 30
4 callers

Flop (155): 422ssd
Hero Bet 80, only BTN calls
Turn (315): 9c
Hero checks, V bet 165 , H call
River (625): 7d
Hero checks, V bet 300, Hero?

88 is close to the bottom of my range, but V can be pretty wide pre with spades and 53s, as well as ~10-12 combos of value. I lean towards a fold in this spot. Thoughts?

Dont think 88 is close to the bottom of your range, probably at the middle top of your range. I just sigh call here, turn seems good.

He shouldnt have too much value here but i dont expect to win often
