I play 200nl and the games are pretty damn soft atm. However I've always struggled with redline and honestly it effects my mind state while I'm playing sometimes. I'm beating the games for a decent winrate, however I know I could likely improve my winrate by improving my redline. I struggle a bit with anxiety and I know this leads me to often shy away from making marginal calls in big pots, and bluffing in big pots. Playing that style where a lot of money is going in on a regular basis does shock my nerves a bit and I know this is an issue as well if I want to do well at the higher games. I'm going to look into some mental game coaching.
My question is for now however what type of strategies people have used to improve their redline? It could be ingame technical strats, or off the table mental game stuff. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

I have a bad redline and have been playing for years profitably. I think everyone has different playing styles. If you are winning at a decent rate I wouldn't change much. I think you should be more concerned about playing vs different regs. If a certain reg is giving you a hard time learn to adapt vs him, learn his weaknesses.

having lots of uncalled bets isn't a great thing

U can beat different players in different ways:

If ur opponents are calling stations then ur profit will come from blue line, since they pay u off too much u should just value bet them to death.

If ur opponent is playing too tight and will only call off the riv bet with 2 pair+, then u make a lot by bluffing him, and u will get a lot of profit from ur red line.

At the end of the day, green line is what matters. Wether it comes from blue or red is mostly up to how your opponents play imo

You talk about not bluff catching in big pots and not bluffing in big pots. How do you know that is bad because it can actually be making you lose less money. It depends who you play with, on what site.

If you want to improve those 2 things, study gto so you know what calls are profitable vs a balanced range and what are the highest equity bluffs to barrel with, vs someone who knows strength value and is capable of folding decent hands on the river. Then over adjust vs who you're playing against.

I myself struggle with anxiety and am taking a break from the game because of that. Maybe making decisions on the fly isn't for me. But what anxiety does it that it fogs your mind and puts you on your c-game. The solution is to take note of your flaws in your c-game and improve those.

What is the conclusion for the overall redline being negative? Not 3betting enough from the blinds? Not defending BB enough? Not playing aggressively enough when playing in the blinds post flop OOP?
