Just wanted to pick at this a bit. You think he could 3bet JJ/QQ OOP, get a T high flop with a flush draw, and decide to check? That seems really unlikely to me. Virtually everyone will go for equity denial ('protection') there and continue betting.
Yet you discount AA partially due to the flop check? AA is more likely to check here than JJ/QQ....
