I think the bottom line is that no one is trying to angle anyone here and we still disagree on what the line was. The only reason for that is that there hasn't been a 100% rule set before now. It was again a very unique situation because if he just posts booked and no lines its very clearly 8 imo. The only reason for the confusion is when he posted the line I was assuming thats what he saw (which is what he also confirms). But as he said it may have moved while he was posting or whatever so neither of us really knows technically whether it was 7.5 or 8. As Steve says it would have gotten even more messy had the game fallen on 8 which is why we need to come up with a rule because inevitably that is going to happen.

I would propose that the rule should be this. Line matches timestamp no matter what (ie if you post at 1:00 and line moves at 1:00 you get the new line). If it moves multiple times I would vote for getting the last line change at the minute that it's posted. (ie if you post at 1:00 and line moves multiple times at 1:00 you get the last listed line at 1:00 on sbr). I also think we should vote on this or at least accept that as the rule if no one objects.

I feel if there are multiple line changes during the same time stamp, we should use the one closest to EVEN.

Fwiw-I'm assuming "last line change" = the most current one = the one on top, as it is the most recent of the logged items into SBR since they do time descending.
