Unfortunately, only ESPN has a second chance bracket. CBSsports only offers one where you make your picks after each rounds' games have already been played. It's round by round.

ESPN's ****ty scoring system is 4-8-16-32 and you cannot change it. I guess we'll go with that? You pretty much better pick the winner or you can't win (unless no one has the winner). The only other option would be to say just manually count the champion as 24 points or something.

Something else we could do is also give 10% of the pool to the winner(s) of the first round (8 games of sweet 16 round).
