Plz dont add hand histories, its a pointless waste of time, hg works fine. Concentrate efforts on more prioritized endeavors.

I would think so. I don't know what the problem with HandGrabber is, but it's clear it's forced to dive straight into the Pacific client's guts to draw the HHs out and this is causing some problems.

If Pacific is OK with people using HEM/PT3 and a hud, and it clearly is, it should provide hand histories itself.

I use HandGrabber almost exclusively for gathering my own stats (only datamine when I'm on a table's waitlist), so I don't care about datamining. I just want nice solid software that allows me to track my own play and use a HUD on my opponents.

Yes, but you need to purchase the HandGrabber from idleminercom.

NOTE: you could have read this at HEM's site.

HEM works at pacific

Your computer can probably handle it o.k, but if your serious, think about upgrading your processor and get 3GB of RAM

No, it f-in doesn't. It's clear that the low-level interaction HG needs to get the HHs out of Pacific is one of the main causes of crashes.

The whole setup works fine for me on a 5-year old Dell with 1GB RAM.
Though your upgrade is stil a good idea on generic grounds: more memory --> way better performance.

If you guys do decide to implement HH support in the future, please make it so that we can see mucked cards aswell. This is possible at just about all the competing sites, and why pacific hasn't implemented it yet is beyond me.

Anyway, that being said, coming back to PAC after sitting out for almost half a year, I can add that I'm pleasantly surprised by the new software. Sadly it's still crashing quite a bit, but not nearly as much as it used to (Should obviously be priority number #1 to have a stable software when you're running an online gambling site).

Ive had 1 crash since xmas after the software upgrade and that was just caused by an error w/pacific software.
Fwiw, when i had crashes all the time, it was pretty much a memory overload that caused them. at the time, more table = more likely crash.

Why?

Yeah... tbh I find people seeing my cards when I muck them very annoying, they don't see them live and I don't see why they should online.

sooo much more information about the player if you see what they mucked. Especially for PT and HEM databases.

+1 to be able to see them.

Uhm... If you're smart/good you'll have a much bigger advantage than your opponents when it comes to viewing mucked hands.
As for what is and what isn't standard when it comes to live, I think that's sort of irrelevant, every other online pokersite allows you to see mucked cards, why shouldn't pacific?

i think it's the opposite.. if you don't see your opponents mucked hands and are smart/good, you'll have an even bigger advantage..

btw. dude.. go play full tilt or something.. they have really nice software and rakeback and whatnot there.. geddit?

I'd settle with a feature disabling the shortstacks ridiculous All In Run Hot.

Seriously... The river lags whenever a person has their last like 400$ all in and needs to hit. The pacific algorithm is probably like.. hmm he has 25% equity in the pot but it's his last 400$ and he's probability of redepositing = 20%..

CAN'T HAVE HIM LOSE NOW CAN WE?

My point is that a good player is able to put the extra information to better use than a bad player, in other words adjust. Ergo, it serves the better player to his advantage being able to see mucked cards. I'd like to hear why you don't agree with this, and maybe I'll change my mind.

No need to get all cranky just 'cos we don't share the same opinion.

YUV, having option to mask casino button on tables would def be great. We have button in lobby already for it + it always lags when the casino page opens ive missed couple hands bc of it for sure...
