Is there a trick to getting the timebank to automatically activate on non-fast tables? When I have it set to click it automatically it only works if I manually click the timebank button.

However if you look at the HH it says he bet 310 after he checked back the river. So i check the HH on HEM(and my stack on 888) and sure enough i won 606$ in the hand. I never had to click call though, it just called automatically.

Villain told me in chat after the hand that he tried to bet at the very last second.

judging by the size of the pot you got to see his hand for free. I seem to remember somebody else posting strange river actions like that before, like months ago.

Could you please pm your exact user name with any other details that you think are relevant because I have never heard of this happening before and theres nothing about it happening to anyone else on our own community board so maybe theres a simple explanation.

You are more than likely on a different version than your friend.
The latest version can be downloaded from the 888 home page but remember to save your notes if you are reinstalling the software.
