I am currently in the process of looking for full-time employment, and would like to pursue jobs in the gaming industry. I cannot do that without ending my contract with 888, so sadly I am stepping down from this role as of today.

I have recommended a replacement and think it is more than likely he will replace me shortly.

If you have, did you notice anything strange about him?

Here is a list of things that really could do with an explanation from 888.
- Account name contains a '#' symbol. It is not possible to create an account with the '#' symbol in it.
- Player's name does not appear in the lobby whilst sitting at a table. Country flag and $ amount can be seen. (Seen him play with Canadian flag and UK flag)
- When player chats, their name doesn't appear in chat log, however their chat does.

Now I'm trying to compile some more hand histories for this player, as I only have around 500. Of those 500 hands, here are his stats:
BB/100: 83.17
VPIP: 58.3%
PFR%: 17.9%
W$WSF: 51.2
River Call efficiency: 3.93

Yes, it's a small sample and probably a donk that runs good yada yada yada. But throw in the other questionable items and it's certainly worth asking 888 for some answers.

That was odd... after getting off the phone to 888 and being told they didn't know what the problem was and to email support, I try to connect and it works

Can 888 make it so that when you get disconnected, that the "Auto Post Blinds" check box is UNCHECKED?

Frustrating enough to be disconnected. Very tilting when you come back and post blind+dead blind on so many of your tables.

Can I just ask if Jon's replacement has commenced his post? As I haven't seen any word of him.

He hasn't started yet.

I recommended someone I know and the 888 guy said his credentials were fine and that he would just check with his bosses to confirm they wanted to take him on. That was a couple of weeks ago and neither of us have heard anything since. I think he's emailing 888 today to see what's up.
