Re: Official pacific poker regulars thread

Please fix the HU situation. 1 table per stake per reg. It's the best solution. Current situation is race to the bottom and bad for all games. In order to compete with other regs I also have to sit at a ton of tables and its ridic annoying. I am thinking of cashing out and sticking to stars / ftp which have a hu policy and ton more action. You don't even have to change the soft ! Just make a rule with penalties for offenders. It's that simple.

You would never get close to get as much action as on ftp and stars becuase they have a waaaaaaaay bigger player pool. But pac obv has to do something about it. I think partypoker`s model is the best as i have said before.

The easiest solution is to just get rid of heads up tables altogether. Implementing heads up tables was just another example (out of many) of 888 caving into the empty threats of regs at the peril of the site

It doesn't matter anyway, 888 isn't going to survive another year.
888 profit warning leads to consolidation talk.

I remember him bragging on chat that, unlike us, he was really beating NL200 and going to move to NL400 soon. It was 4 months ago, unlucky.

remove heads up tables = fish live longer = more games running = profit

pass it on to management imo

lol@ fish living longer on 6max. You nits wait for big pairs and just stack them. Removing hu is no solution. The hu games generate plenty of rake and ton of fish like them. Likewise, Hu regs can ask for the removal of 6max games.

And since we're all so concerned about saving the site and fish lifespans, why not just revert to 10-handed tables only?

Yeah, wanted to post it as well. As you can see, no unoccupied seats at 6-max nl400, but for a VERY important person they can always find one.
