Heiko, firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to
you.
The reason it has taken us so long to reply is because I have forwarded
the details of this case onto our Senior Management Team who are
looking
into the issues you have brought up.
In the meantime I will be able to address some of the issues, however,
we will email you within the next few days with more updates.
Heiko, I thank you and all other members participating in this petition
for contacting us. It is only by listening to your concerns and
feedback
that we can improve our site. We are honored to see that so many
members
are willing to work with us to find a resolution to issues there may
be.
Arguably the most important issue you raise is that of connection and
compatibility problems. It has already been brought to our attention
that some members have been experiencing problems with their connection
to our servers particularly users of Vista. Our technical department
have already been made aware of this and several members have been
asked
for their technical specifications to see if our technical team can
find
out how to resolve the issue or what is triggering the problem.
As not all members have experienced these problems it seems that the
issue is specific. Nevertheless, unfortunately at present I still have
no resolution to offer you. As previously stated, our senior management
are looking into this case so I expect to have an update for you in the
next few days. We may even have to get in touch with you for more
information if you don't mind so that we can pass your technical
details
onto our Technicians too. I will let you know if this is needed when I
write to you next.
Heiko, we have run a report and can see that the 20k has not been
cancelled for some weeks now. Nevertheless, I agree that our
tournaments
could be improved and that is something we have been looking into for
some time now. On this point, I am pleased to inform you that we will
be
running a $100k deep stack guaranteed tournament which will be
replacing
our weekly 80k!
You will be able to find satellites to this tournament already running
and the games can be found under the $100,000 tab in the Multi Table
section. Any feedback on this tournament would be greatly appreciated
if
you wish to give any.
I am also pleased to confirm that we will be introducing an increase to
the minimum buy-in to at least 20 BB. Although I do not have a specific
date for this I have been advised it will more than likely be sometime
next week. I do not have any reports of the 'players on flop %' being
re-introduced but I will certainly pass your feedback on to our
Research
and Development team for review.
Another issue that you raise is that of Ratholing. We have been made
aware of this problem and have been monitoring and dealing with members
who have been found to be ratholing on tables. This is something that
our developers have been made aware of as a result and we are waiting
to
hear when a fix will be introduced. In the meantime any person found
guilty of ratholing is dealt with accordingly.
Heiko, whether a member is a big rake maker or not, any concern they
may
have or suggestion they can provide is taken seriously. Again, I thank
you as well as the others involved in the petition, for expressing your
concerns and taking the time to write to us. We also hope for the best
and strive to be the best poker hall online and by working closely with
members such as yourself, we hope to be able to achieve this. I will be
