I think the EXACT same thing happens to me; all of the cards and buttons just turn into these flickering black boxes, right? I thought about posting about it here, but didn't think i could describe it to anyone else, and figured it was just my crappy computer (which is actually not that crappy; just a year old).

Consider urself lucky to get in 2 good hours of playing; i get it within 5 minutes ALWAYS. Thus i can't play pacific on my desktop (only my laptop). I keep meaning to try downloading a dif version of the Pacific software in the hopes that it might help. Let me know if u try anything that fixes this.

I am really going to leave pacific I think. The site is getting full of regs and the software is getting worse. Surely a company with so much money such as 888 would have the common sense to employ humans rather than monkeys to create their software and keep it up to date.

Today I gave up and cashed out.

I have tried many sites that were horrible for different reasons, but Pacific took it to a new level.

Software bought at a garage sale, a bonus program which is a virtual slap in the face, "guaranteed tourneys" means "guaranteed to be cancelled if there is an overlay", etc etc...

Only good thing about the site is that as long as it runs, the support staff, programmers and management aren't out on the street selling drugs / tied up in a hospital bed.

Anyone checked the "Meet the manager" thread on their forums? It will make you laugh while coughing up blood.

Is LuckyAce's software as crappy as Pacific's? Or is it exactly the same?

I heard somewhere that LuckyAce's software doesn't include Pacific old style graphics (race track table). Is that true?
