Same as me. Although I have heard holdem manager HUD is quite good, so I wouldnt mind giving it a try if it worked with the old version and if I could be bothered setting it up

As far as I can tell there is no limit at the moment? Wow, I'm almost impressed with pacific making this improvement.
Don't get too excited, they still have the $1000 per month rule

Pacific is currently trying to improve its software with regard to disconnection/crush problem according to some source. So lets wait around a little bit before we start an official pacific complaining/whining thread.

What's better about the "old" version and where do I get it?

You can get the old version here:

http://setupspcp1.888.com/setups/sup...pokersetup.exe

I like it because I can use my old handgrabber and PT2 and it doesn't lag and I hate the new look software

Although handgrabber does crash sometimes when I close a table

It doesn't crash every 15 minutes like this new ****.
And it looks / feels better imo.
HEM hud doesn't work though. I live in hopes, that Roy will add support for it some day.

Below is a working link, no offense spaghetti.

BTW, no need to use old hand grabber, the newest hand grabber v2.08 works fine with old version.

Thanks Pummi81, I think I gotta work on my copy/paste action.

I had no idea you can use the currect handgrabber with the old version of pacific, I will give it a try and hopefully it stops mine crashing when I close a table.

It's cool to hear this, but I'm not really sure it will work fine soon... Hopefully!

A. Is there a software/way to automatically open tables so you can mine with the handgrabber?

B. Does Pacific allow playing two or more skins at the same time to bypass the 6-table max?

Today I noticed they have 4-handed games in small stakes now. These would be nice in midstakes, too

Just found out that 888 forum exists.

I think this thread http://forums.888.com/shwmessage.asp...ssageID=107270 is worth at least reading, if not also adding your own rant/suggestions. Maybe if we get a lot of posts in that thread from serious (rakewise) players, they will actually do something.

Is the $10k a month rule still around for cash outs?

Also handgrabber 2.08 is rubbish! It sometimes randomly stops collecting hands and it doesn't work on the turbo tables...or is it just me?

What version of pacific are you using? Are you absolutely sure, you are using the latest version of hand grabber?
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...hlight=pacific
It's a known bug that it stops collecting hands from auto-opened tables if pacific crashes and you relaunch it.
For me, it works pretty well with both newest pacific version and old version. I think even fast tables work. I reverted back to old version though, so not absolutely sure about newest pacific crap.

If its from poker it may have been Highstakes-Minibetpoker that made him built a roll like that. I remember admiring doosh and a few others (Lansky; Kbkot) for playing the toughest FL games LAG-style when I was playing FL 5/10 and 10/20 trying hard to become a better player. Never would I have thought that one of these guys may actually be losing And I remember how awsome it felt to play them the first times. Dooshs game never felt as aggressive as his stats would suggest. But recently in our first (and only so far) NL pot he made a weird looking committing turnbet and donated his stack. That was nice.

Scrotus, you really think he sucks? Wow.
