EDIT - a proposal was made, agreed to in principal by Zeta, in which Wes’s balances were reduced by the expected value of the futures bets (including Jags bet). Wes declined.

Zeta magnanimously offered you 616 for your current futures, to be taken off your balance upon the completion of a payment schedule through which you would regularly pay off portions of your total debt minus 616. You declined. This appears to me that you do not intend to settle your debt, and as such all futures should be null and void.

If anyone other than wesr disagrees with this ruling and has good reasoning for it, please post as such.

it definitely seems like wes wants to freeroll this future. if he wins, he collects. if he loses, he doesn't have to pay. that's the only reason i see for why he wouldn't accept this plan. he's just hoping to stall and hopefully ship a longshot free roll

Agreed with Billy's ruling. It has become evident upon refusing fair ev of the futures that Wes is in a "bink a future I had no intention of paying and win the $$" or lose and continue to slow pay/not pay the thread.

This has gone on far too long already with WAY MORE than fair offers/agreements made in Wes' favor to help him pay off this debt. After the refusal of this one- I'm done. Website up, as that seems to be the last/only resolution to a situation like this.

i know it's pointless to argue with a scammer, but just gonna point out once that they didn't say they were cancelling your future. they are paying you out the expected value of your live futures. that's very generous on their parts considering all you have done. be a man and take responsibility for the situation you have caused

Post, not worth it. The man clearly has no intention on paying these debts, if he did, he would take $600 when it's offered to him and put that towards paying what he's owed. He doesn't want to pay what's owed. He wants to WIN BIG. There no longer needs to be any discussion regarding this. The website will be put together and put up, if necessary I'll drive up to CT and drop flyers with the URL around his hometown so everyone can see what a POS he is, unless I'm given any real reason to believe he has any intention to pay- NOTE WES: by any real reason- I mean start sending some $ to the people you owe $ to.
