something needs to be done about you declining my swap, it's a clear rule that when you offer swaps you may not decline them because you "like" them yourself lol, THAT IS A FREAKING JOKE

there is no way on earth I should have to pay u for the bet of yours I booked when I was denied the right to my swap that corresponded with that bet. you literally posted itt that it was fine for me to take my swap in the morning, just to post as early as possible

we also agreed that I would likely be taking either nova or cuse (you specifically asked me to take 1 of the 2 early games), both of whom won

I mean how are people cool with this, this guy offered swaps so I booked one of his winners, then I put up an overnight list of games a, b, c, d, etc, he messages me asking not to pick b, I say fine and in the morning pick c, and this guy posts NO ACTION I LIKE C MYSELF!?!?

that is not acceptable, I am open to anyone's opinion who thinks I did something illegal by taking nova in the morning, and I'll gladly drop it and move on if that's the case

sorry for clutter, any brief feedback would be appreciated though, this feels quite unfair from my perspective (not just scummy but in fact illegal)

You havent gotten any feedback because you're in the wrong and people are being nice not posting and telling you how silly you look. If my side was wrong you would of heard from it when you tried to clutter the sports discussion thread. But, If you want to beg them to tell you to grow up you may be getting your wish.

Once again, I wasn't offering a swap for the next day, the next week, the championship game or I would of stated you could bank it. I allowed you to carry the swap in to tomorrow cus I felt like being nice. Once I saw you posted a list of 15 games for the next day I Sykped you to please pick one that night because I don't want to end up booking a slate of games the next day and end up with $600 on a game after you post your swap late. A very reasonable request considering I allowed you to take a swap in to the next day that wasn't for that. You choose not to give me that courtesy of obliging that simple request even after I gave you the courtesy of carrying over that swap to begin with. I went to sleep.

You had 12hrs and 6 post to book Villanova in between my Skype message which asked you to pick one of your 15 game list that night rather than waiting. You chose not to. I woke up and felt like Villanova was a great pick, turns out it was. Since I didn't have any action on that game and it was coming up I posted that I wanted Villanova. Then, you tried to book Villanova vs me after I posted villanova as my want. LOL.

I'm not sure what ground you think you have to stand on with this one. You're in the wrong. You look bad in this situtation. If you were right someone would of told you that you were right and would of forced me to take Villanova which is outright unheard of. While we're at it, it's interesting you've never once posted your numbers on time. I can't imagine how much money that saves you a year. Is it that hard to figure out Monday comes after Sunday and to have your numbers ready? Pro-tip: the days of the week are in the same order all the time, if its Sunday then Monday is tomorrow. I wonder if anyone's ever received a PM from you saying that you owe them more than their original numbers said. Hmmm....

bron - idk what you guys had for skype convos, but if he had some action outside of the thread, i can understand why he wouldn't want x (idk what x was here) and would, at the very least, want to confirm the swap; not really the cool thing to do, but i'm sure we'd all say something along the lines of "hey bro, i've got something on that side already, can u either pick something else or if u don't like anything today, can we move the swap to tomorrow?" pretty sure i've even done this myself

He could of posted his swap I never told him he couldn't. The fact he didn't get a swap is on him, ball don't lie I'd love for him to pick one. He just couldn't have Villanova because that was in my wants.

the key is I POSTED NOVA FIRST lol, it's not like he legit wanted the game and then I picked it as a swap. I picked it, we talked about it after he read my list and he said NOTHING about liking the game, then I wake up and all of a sudden he wants it

he saw Syracuse in my wants and asked me not to pick it cuz it's his closest "hometown sweat," that's a normal request. the part where he's a rat is where he asks me to please pick Nova and then I wake up and he suddenly wants it so bad that he no actions it? I flat out told you to take Villanova the night prior so I didn't have to have a swap lingering over me which could potentially stick me with $600 in action on a game. Which is exactly why I don't offer banked swaps in the first place. I even went as far as saying you could take Villanova AND another team if you would just pick it that night.
