I wasn’t aware of any decision like that. It’s so late in the week and I’m thinking Billy’s magical swapping machine will combine them next week. Hopefully everyone gets numbers in early.

These can go in the swap machine next week but neither guy had either number listed in their tabs last week, so until they're both listed nothing will be done with them. I would advise getting both tabs settled this week rather than swapping.
