As a fact i can say that i´ve had the most awesome support ever at Chili.
I wouldnt vouch for any gaming company with my net worth, but if there is anybody to trust, they are top ranked on this list.

IIRC, gaming companies, which are based in Malta need separate accounts for player funds. This should mean, that once a maltese skin goes busto\goes out of business or whatever, the funds *should* be pretty safe.

It's what's required to get a Maltese gaming license with access to the bank accounts by a regulatory body 24/7 (this is what I've heard from like 5 different places).

I also received a withdrawal recently with no problem - less than 24 hours.

I remember back in the day, people used to have party scripts that could add a random amount of cents to the end of the bet.

I would absolutely love that.

cashed out little bit yesterday from carlos, they called me today and said they have some problems with neteller withdrawels atm and asked if i wanna use moneybookers instead, so i did that and 2min later i had the money in the account, wow that was fast!

so yeah carlos seems ok and they have great support!

I wouldn't worry about keeping money at CarlosPoker. They are owned by Unibet, which are as financially stable as the big english bookmakers. At least cares about their reputation enough to not let something like this create bad publicity.
