has anyone ever seen zugzvang14 play a hand or does he only join waiting lists?

He primarily just joins waiting lists. I have no idea why, but it is a bit suspect that he joins them so regularly and never plays.

After writing this though I just checked and I've logged 14 hands on him total so far this year, so he's either just looking for the god 100bb/100 seat or just a bot

Same, won $850 or so at 500z, then noticed cashier hadn't updated. Emailed them and received no reply, decided I was losing my mind and got on with life. Today noticed lots of weird cashouts/ purchases that left me with a net of $~800, so still $50 or so short, with an email from them talking about 'stuck funds' (lol what).

Obviously have to wonder if people who don't email them still get their balances checked. I'm scared of giving Amaya any excuse to ban me at this moment in time, so I'd just like to say that I love Amaya and indeed celebrate the day they bought Pokerstars.

Same thing happened to me, it was nearly 7k.
I emailed them and it's been resolved, but the fact that this wasn't done without me finding out worries me about having money on Stars.

Is this a zoom only issue or did anyone have this with normal tables?

I know of someone who had 20k missing from their account due to this.

so my account audit roughly matches my HM2 - just wanted to check this method of checking would catch any errors that might've been made?

Just did one myself too and it seems OK (Played a mixture of 200/500z and reg tables).

No reason why this method wouldn't work effectively

i wrote stars an email regarding the 500 zoom thing with the funds missing


"Thank you for your email and allowing to be of assistance.

We can confirm that recently we did have this issue where some players had some funds stuck after their ZOOM sessions. The funds were not deducted from their accounts, they were just showing in-play instead of in their balance and they were unable to use them for a short period.

This issue was cleared on the 19th of July and all the affected players got their funds back to their accounts. We are happy to say no further issues have arisen since then regarding this matter.

Ya that's actually a blatant lie. I noticed the "in play" status, but there was an entire day where my "in play" was zero and my account was ~500 short.

i guess im gonna have to start to play with a hud at 500 zoom...

im prolly the last lazy ****** to not play with one anyway

Does anyone know roughly how much rake we are paying at 500NL+?
It was 3.3BB at 500 Zoom last year and 2.3 at 1k Zoom, I think.
Not sure about higher stakes.
