It had picked up a lot during the Gold Rush promo but last few days has been poor especially during euro day time. Most fun players get paid at the end of the month (today/tomoz for many) so games should pick back up a little.

It also doesn't help when I don't help get the day games going which I haven't been the last 2-3 days. I'd be interested to see how much having a red name in the pool actually boosts liquidity but just from my own personal observations it does seem to help get the games going a little bit.

I'm sure it won't be the last time we see Gold Rush it was obviously very well received if they kept extending it.

Like this new promo - definitely aimed more at 100NL players and below but at least it's a bit more fun than most promotions. Prizes seem proportional as well $2000 should be enough to motivate a 100NL grinder to put in some volume.

You need to play against the most players to win this promo so it will be someone who plays mostly 100NL with some 200NL and 400NL with decent volume.

As an added bonus, this promo gives 1/2 stack pos's the middle finger. Awesome that they will be easier to pick off and that they will never be able to pick you off. Maybe they will just go and die already.

Chigga must be putting in at least 200k hands per month at 100NL alone. No idea how he does it. Money is clearly on him for winning the knockout promo.

Thanks, your not the first to say it and I really do appreciate the positive feedback. I'm really just trying to carry out the role as I think it should be done. I was born with a faulty tournament luck-box unfortunately and it means that outside of 2+2 and the Rush player pool I am not very well known in the wider community which from FTP's point of view I'm sure makes it harder to justify making that offer - but who knows what will happen. Certainly more comments like this do no harm ;-)

wow i assumed no one had won the 10k prize. pretty sick and definitely hope they bring that promo back, it was awesome and definitely one that would attract fun players.

Also +1 to sparky being a good ambassador/taking the job seriously. Definitely deserving of a full time status

Same happened to me after moving to .uk but there's an easy solution!

You have to find the screenname.xml (screename=your nickname)file from your old folder (usually C:/Program Files (x86)/Full Tilt) or some like that, and copy paste it to the new Full Tilt.eu folder and erasing the new file.

Anyone using note rings mode?
After switching to .eu, note rings are a bit off. This would usually happen after FTP update and after reinstalling mode, everything would be fine but now it's not even after reinstall.

I got it... (c/p "graphics" folder from FTP to FTP.eu).

This "note rings" mode makes "border" around player instead of that small "flag" which is there by default when you give someone a color.

Got to admit that is a pretty damn sweet mod setup. I haven't used mods in years but I would absolutely love to see FTP build this into the client settings.

@Shyam - can we just call this my Birthday and Christmas present all rolled into one and we can fast track something very similar to this into the main client???
