It sounds likely that our server is redirecting your attempt to download the FullTilt.EU software, and giving you the .COM software instead (when you and I know that you need the .EU software).

This is obviously most likely if you are outside the EU licensed area (eg, visiting Asia) but also possible because the business of estimating a person's location isn't always perfect. Thus, please email support@fulltilt.com for assistance and they'll be able to help you proceed.

Yeah, it is because I live in asia and as already pointed out here and in the emails to the support, after the move from europe to asia, I wanted to change to .com, but support told me its not possible and I just should keep using .eu and will never have problems.

Now me and many people with the same situation have this migration-problem and Im surprised ftp did not anticipate it ...

I haven't been able to log in to FTP in like 5 months - I managed to get support to transfer my balance a while ago, have the FTP's and stuff xfer'd automatically?
