on the river i would bet smaller about 1/3rd. Thats Q really not a good card for his range. And when you 3 barrels hes gonna know you have Q or better at this point. So your trying to call from some pocket pair or an 8. You have to go small here i think in a vacuum to make the most money possible.
Now it depends the player. If it a fish i agree with player above size up the turn and jam river. But against any normal or decent player who actually has a brain id go 1/3rd. That way when are bluffing we can do 1/3rd bets and at the same time they have to respect it cause we also will do that with our stronger range in some situations. It makes you a tough player to play against and these small bets can put opponents on tilt. They start thinking they have odds to call and make bad call because gto wise its good call and make bad decisions and as they keep doing it they start steaming and spazzing off.
