jon you're not really making sense here.

1. frankie and whoever he's "staking" or he has told about this knows that HEK is banned and would probably alert the floor to try and screw him over again
2. the floor guy still works there and probably works the same section of tables where the 5-10 and 10-20 games are and he probably knows what happened to HEK
3. the word would definitely spread around the poker room because HEK is a reg there and even if he didn't get thrown out, it would likely be a very uncomfortable and nerve racking situation
4. doesn't it say you'll get arrested if you're there again? that seems like it's reason enough not to go (at least if you're well known by a lot of ppl)

If you watch the followup interview, u realize the A5 hand he talks about briefly as tilting his opponent is one he folded in a huge pot, but showed. He comes across as a total tool. I have no connection to this incident, but it pisses me off. All the old school, straight up cheating aholes that **** the games over and our reps as pro poker players just makes me mad.
I hope that douche bag somehow gets what he deserves.

I think if he came back Frankie would just assume he got unbanned. Everyone knows how easy it is to get a ban reversed.

But your point about "word spreads across the poker room" I think is very very wrong. Maybe in a small little room but foxwoods is huge. I would bet that if you went in there today and went to the 10-20 table, maybe one person there would remember this incident or know what you are talking about. Now obviously, Frankie or Mike might start ****, but remember, they could potentially get banned too.

As for him getting arrested for simply returning, I LOL hard at that. Come on, if you actually did run into the actual floorperson who banned you, and he did happen to recognize you, hes just gonna ask you to leave. They would never arrest you for that and actually charge you with tresspassing unless you did it like day after day and were really obnoxious or something, think about it, they don't wanna go through all that hassle and fill out paperwork, etc

So, in conclusion, the risks that you see of going back this very moment, are really not there, but I guess you have to be paranoid because you have a lot more at risk than I did. So get yourself unbanned, ASAP. (Seriously just call them every day and ask to speak to higher ups and be like "unban me fools!" It actually works for getting unbanned from stuff, I'm not joking)

Go play some table games/ slots for about a month, see if anyone says anything. Bump into a couple of the regulars so that they see you. If security says hey your not supposed to be here, just say, oh, i thought i was just banned from the poker room sorry.

HIV although you may well be correct about them no checking etc. i imagine OP wants some sort of security and to not be sitting at the tables worrying that he will bump into a floorman/manager who recognises him and embarass's him again by escorting him out or calling police. I think foxwoods handled that atrociously.

I know this is not a choice for OP, but I will not play Foxwood's if they are letting this kind of character influence the running of the room. I try to avoid playing in games where everyone is buddies but me, because all sorts of bad things like this can happen.

I think you should write a letter to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal gaming commision explaining the situation that occurred. Sounds like you could get other regulars to vouche for your character and have someone who saw the incident vouche for what happened.

I would be extremely polite in the letter and not say that the floor f***ed up and request simply that the situation be reviewed and ask that the "misunderstanding" be reviewed as your poker play is your sole source of income to support your family.

I would keep sending them letters if they deny your initial request using the same tone as your original letter.

You did not "cheat", you did not get drunk and cause problems or destroy anything.

I have not seen 5/10 at MS unfortunately for you because the room is nicer and the casino is 10 times nicer than FW. I was plying 2/5 there a month or so ago on a Saturday and the table next to me was playing something like 25/50, the dealer said it was the "Atlantic City Crew" and one of the guys looked like Frankie Flowers. Not positive but he was really obnoxious so I would not be surprised if this was him.

the problem here is, if the casino doesnt like you or want your business they wont take it.

i've had friends banned from casino's for 3 months for basically nothing, they also have no obligation to tell you why your currently banned either. When my friends was banned they had literally no clue to why/what was going on, they asked a bunch of questions which the manager refused to answer and advised them to write a letter to X/Y and Z and they could possibly give more info. (which they did and had no success, they never found out the reasons)

The only way you could get this overturned is getting all the hsnl reg's @ foxwoods to make a point to the management what dicks they are being. If the casino get the impression that they will lose other reg's because the way they handled this situation i'm sure they will fix this pretty quickly.

I'm relieved to see, HEK, that it doesn't sound like you're even considering the above, but wanted to re-affirm that it's the dumbest thing I've ever read. Check the paperwork you signed: they have the right to arrest you if you go back, period. Whether they 'catch' you or not is another matter, but thinking that a re-booting is the worst thing that can happen to you is ******ed. Getting arrested can F you in the A for a long time to come. Don't go back until you've been officially re-instated by FW.

p.s. do you have a pic of this Mike Dentale guy? I play at the Borg from time to time and know a few Mikes. Curious as to who this guy is.

fwiw when I was banned, they told me if I came back before I was reinstated that I would be "in trouble". I don't think the term "arrested" was actually used but its different circumstances obv.

I'm not going back to FW w/o reinstatement. I can't risk getting arrested. Also, if I only get rebooted then it will likely destroy my chances of getting back in within a reasonable time frame.

Ok, I feel bad for you, but c'mon...are you serious? You will beat 2/5 live for $50 an hour if you are lucky...you used to beat online and beat 10/20nl live...I refuse to believe you cannot 6 table 1/2nl for like $100+ an hour while you wait for reinstatement....
