To whom it may concern,

The purpose of my post today is two-fold.
(1) to further my attempts to recover the 20,000eur that was scammed from my this week (mon.oct.8) in the HS5k+ thread (by "Dusty Zsemo" / live: dustincoaching)
(2) to inform the community of the Hard Vouch lay-down so they can protect themselves in future trades. ("Nas Williams" / snackcheck)

The following is fact-based and proof can be given for each claim made below. This took place in the Highstkes 5k+ exchange skype group. The skype account that was hacked, that started this scam was: 'Dustin' (andthefurniture)

1) ("Dusty Zsemo" / live: dustincoaching) PM's me on 9:42pm EST Sun.Sept.30 in response to my post in the hs5K++Exc on Sat.Sept.29: "Have: BTC, Want: Cash in Vienna or Sun City <100,000hkd".We spoke about my BTC for his cash in Vienna on Sunday and Monday.
(2) Tuesday: he went totally offline and was not responding to my messages.
(3) Wednesday: He then reappeared saying he had a family emergency. I was the more aggressive person, hoping to the get this transfer done. Orginally it was for 15keur, then 150keur + 1.5%vig, then 50keur no vig then on Wednesday he was asking me to get hard vouches in the chat because his man in Vienna was there and ready to trade.
(4) Thursday: the timing didn't work out so we pushed it.
(5) Friday & Saturday there was no dialogue
(6) Sunday: he offered skrill for my btc, i pushed for cash in Vienna. We set it for monday and he dropped it to 20keuros.
(7) Monday: arranged a time and location and asked me to send btc. I said, sure, I need a hard vouch in the chat, he asked which chat, hs5K+ i replied at 1:55pm est time. At 2:07pm he said 'from Nas, highstakes 5k'.
I checked the chat, at 2:04pm EST, Nas (Williams) writes 'hv dustin 20k euro'.
I'm provided a btc hash, we agree on rate, i send, he says the trade to take place in selected location in
2 hours. I press him to confirm btc received, and he never responds (monday).

I went on with my day until I checked the hs5K+ thread and saw it going crazy.
Nas deleted his hard vouch (i took screen shot as i always do) and asked for trading with dustin whom he hard vouched with, to be stopped as he was double checking.
There seems to have been two HV that Nas gave, one for Jamie for 25k and one for Dustin for 20keur.

I asked two people to get into a private chat with myself and Nas to sort out what happened and the Hard Vouch. Shortly after, I asked a mod/admin to join the chat. To save time, Nas has discarded the discussion and hasn't responded to me for three days, despite shared contacts trying to maintain dialogue between us. The last conversation I had with Nas (in the private group) centered around him not feeling he was responsible and unwilling to honour the vouch, and my suggestion for binding arbitration if he really felt like his Hard Vouch was for some reason void. I'm not going to argue with him if he's not willing to honour his vouch, I was/am prepare to let arbitors decide.

As it stands now. I'm out 20,000eur / 3.47btc. The Hard Voucher, if it were not for his vouch for the exact amount, exact currency and less than 3 minutes after the scammer said he had a hard vouch, than I would never have sent bitcoins first.

I have zero hard feelings for Nas Williams as a person or his feelings around how unhappy he is over the whole situation, I'm sure we all would be sick. My only desire is to have the hard-vouch honored and my funds returned. I have not heard from Nas for over 4 days now and I would really appreciate someone facilitating further discussion between us.
