This is so player dependent but are you putting this player on two spades and only two spades? I can’t imagine the made nut flush would be played this way and probably not even K-high spades. I suppose something like 5♠️6♠️ or similar could be protecting his hand from another spade falling on the river or the board pairing and not knowing what to do. You see this play a lot from just the naked A♠️ but you said you didn’t think this was likely...

Weird spot, if rolled correctly this is probably a call for me. Obviously I would expect to be up against a made flush some % of the time but you still have 10 outs against two spades. The only hands you’re really dead to are 77 and QQ.

What naked As hands do you see that would call pre out of the SB, x/r flop, and call a 3b? Tbh I think when V takes this line it's almost always a flush. I don't see any bluffs for him except for maybe pocket pairs 88-JJ with a spade that played super weird pre & flop and then decided to jam turn with a flush blocker.

smells like a set of sevens to me protecting their hand. Maybe a set of 2's turning his hand into a bluff. Villain has to know that you don't have a flush, but a flush is totally within his range.

I'd like to hear ur reasoning for flop action. I just call his raise

As played it's close but I'm leaning towards fold

just call flop generally, but nothing wrong with 3betting. 3bet smaller though, 35bb is massive.

his turn donk might be a reasonable play because you don't 3b flop with many or any FDs. But he should size smaller I think. And it's difficult to have a good bluff range for it,.. like 9s9x? What weak hand could that be? So fold sounds good.

Only problem is he might just be a crazy fish. He calls SB in the first place. He donk jams turn. Maybe he's just a fish who has something random? 500 hands.. nah fold seems cool to me then.
