What is the standard line against an open and a 3bet with JJ, I know it varies opponent dependent but what would you guys suggest on a general line.

In this case Initial opener is 27/23/13 over 150 hands and the 3betor is 19/16/12 in 105 hands.

When villains are more or less balanced regs and the open is from utg or highjack I flat my whole range.

Raise and fold to a jam is slightly less ugly than flatting imo. Flatting whole range is interesting but not sure it is higher ev than raising, or folding, folding is fine too I think

Surely u wanna cold 4bet hands u wanna stack with and take the moneys at coolers (AAvKK).

But flatting ur entire range is interesting... dunno if its good at 10NL tho since player pool is bad.

Could go either way here. Think folding and calling has merits and 4bet obv if players are on a looser side of things.
Might wanna 4bet something Ax, Kx, with blockers tho.

Yeah I mean it totally depends on how wide the ranges we are up against are, in my opinion. If villains are balanced ish and an early position raise get 3 bet then I like flatting everything cause otherwise your call range is pretty weak, and there are less hands you're happy getting in for value anyway.

But if villains are nits who won't ever adjust anyway or pressure you're calling range, I'd happily four bet aces and kings, and not even balance it with bluffs. Same if it was splashy fish.

      I fold this.

Of the three options, I think calling is the worst. If you do call, you're facing action on the flop against a raise that you have maybe 50% equity against, while facing the potential for a squeeze.

I could be completely off though, I'm coming back to the game off of almost a decade break.

I'm with Jaygia. I think calling is usually the worst option. I am not a fan of cold calling 3-bets. I either 4-bet or fold. In this scenario I like folding. If MP was CO instead I'd probably be 4-betting. Cold calling is yuck. If you are a reg they'll pin you on QQ-99ish. If you are a fish, they'll pin you on garbage.

If you have reads it could be correct to cold call, but as a rule of thumb either 4-bet or fold.
