With all due respect to the situation and everyone involved, it's not a PSA to the community if there is no interest in releasing the networks and SN's that scammed all of you who were staying in the Vegas house.

The only SN he mentioned was the PS screen name, while the OP (and your subsequent post confirming it) seems to suggest that A LOT more money was stolen from all of you under a different SN on a different site. Not to mention it seems as those sites didn't refund anything or help resolve the issue, so it's even more important to have those sites/SNs outed IMO.

I'm assuming there are reasons for not releasing this info, and that's cool and all (OP probably botched it all up by saying it was while you were all in Vegas, I guess?), but it doesn't really sit well to make this huge PSA thread and not actually release all the SNs that were involved out of your self-interest.

I just find it weird that Josh would go to so much trouble to travel to Vegas to scam some high stakes player when it would have been presumably easier to hack Jungle whom he was closer to? If he was willing to scam WGC then surely he would be willing to scam Jungle and must have surely tried.

2. Please explain how "significance" in any sense of the word, as it pertains to poker, would alter whether or not a valid point is accepted or not. Are you implying that just being a known HS poster accords an opinion greater respect? If so, then your powers of reason are woefully inadequate.

3. People are talking about Girah, just to remind folks that Jungleman has previous history of shadiness. That fact alone DOES NOT mean that he has done anything wrong here, and any outright accusations should be ignored. However, it does mean that any sensible individual should treat him with suspicion, and err on the side of caution when considering his words/actions. Anything to the contrary would be at one's own risk (and fairly stupid).

Even one little lie in a weird situations where it doesnt make sense to lie (unlike maybe a white lie or something) can be a huge red flag in hindsight i noticed. Especially if they dont really care when you catch them lying.

Everybody saying charges should be pressed: good luck getting a prosecutor to bring a case to trial where the entirety of the evidence is 1) weak circumstantial evidence, 2) the fraud detection algorithms or techniques of Pokerstars, and 3) abnormal/weird poker play

Using 2) requires both Stars to send a representative to the courtroom to explain the investigation and a jury understanding what happened. 3) is basically going to be impossible to convince a jury of (just a few guys saying "this play is clearly weird", as much as it would convince a poker pro, would be incomprehensible/inaccessible to a layperson).

Combine the evidentiary issues with the difficulty of clearly explaining the situation to a jury with a "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" standard and there's just no way this guy's going to jail or that a prosecutor's even trying.
