[MID] 5/10 with NL KK in CO

V Straddles for $20. V is a LAG and I've seen him continue bet multiple times and folding on river/checking down air. But I've never seen V fire 3 bullets or got caught trying to steal on river. TAG in MP calls. I pop to $120. V calls and MP folds. V has $4,000 behind and I have him covered. I'm a TAG/Nit and V should know this.
($275) Flop is QQ4 rainbow. V checks and I check.
($275) Turn is J with flush draw. V bets $200 and I call.
($675) river is blank. V bets $800

I think you should bet the flop a good portion of the time especially as a TAG/Nit. As played I'm guessing you folded given your set-up description?
I'd bet flop and turn if checked to and then check back river. If I bet flop get called then got raised on the turn or if V called flop and turn then bets river I'd fold most of the time more comfortably than being in your river spot.
