I know turn raise was kinda too small size but is there any other mistakes? UTG limp called so its almost certain its a set.

why do you raise the turn to begin with

villain was donking a lot earlier so I tought I might actually have best hand and some folding equity if he is calling with some random pair. Also did it to gain some info because after he called im certain im behind. Earlier he got caught by donning flop and turn and jamming river with air so I think I minimized damage here by raising.

Sounds like a poor play but you have to do strange plays sometimes against these 50/20 fishes.

But yeah, afterwards should have just call turn and fold river. But if I would've just called turn and then river pot bet /shove im sort of difficult place cuz can't know is he just floating with pair of 7 and trying to push me away.

Well those plays are bad like 50/20 kind of bad. All you accomplish is blowing all the bluffs out of villain's range with your fine bluffcatcher.
