There was 5/10(2) stakes I played yesterday.
I was at BTN, and it was 8 people at the table

---------Preflop---------
UTG raise 40
UTG+1 fold
MP call 40
HJ flod
CO call 40
BTN(Hero) 3-Bet 190
UTG fold
MP call
CO call
pot ~640

MP with 800 left
CO with 2500 left
Hero(BTN) with 2000 left

-------Flop-------
Th7h5s
MP check
CO bet 640(1x pot)
BTN(Hero) ?

How should I do at this situation ?
It was a super loose table, CO's VPIP is 76% and PFR 13%
I thought if he called 3-Bet, maybe the range could be 20%
He could hold something like AT or two hearts, and try to semi-bluff
or maybe He hold something like 6h8h, then I was about 50/50 to win

If I raise, then I would totally commit on the turn.
so I think the only thing I could do is All-in or fold

pretty EZ ship - he isn't leading often with a set here as he would almost always check raise it.

Shove. No way I can fold overpair on this draw-heavy board without being exploitable. Wouldn't call or raise because I don't know what exact cards I am looking to avoid on the turn and am pot committing anyway by raising, would rather put it all in otf
