Not sure in these spots if checking or betting is better. When we flop these K high boards we have range advantage but its multi way. what do you guys find better to bet or check in these spots when its 3b pot? I tend to go for a 1/3rd sizing with my entire range on a board like this, but since we are multi way I am not sure if checking is actually better in these spots.

I don't think you have the nut range advantage on this board as they have hands in their range that you don't:

K6s, K5s, 65s, (66, 55) directly nutted
98s 97s 87s 43s and a bunch of 6x 5x which will hit nuts

Now you do you have an equity adv but it's not a 3bet pot with short SPR so that doesn't mean you can just bet 1/3 blindly.

I think 100% check is a good default.

However, given they are likely fishy, you perform better by betting your hand strength than by playing default. So I'd bet Kx+ for big value, and draws/6x/5x for 1/3.

I would raise bigger OOP vs limpers, especially 2 limpers and with this kind of hand.
In a hu pot i think this is fine, since you can deny some of you villains equity with this bet and you block some of his A6s, A5s and some of his KJ which is great.
I think checking is superior to betting 1/3 multiway, since you have to generate 2 folds on a such a dry board. Cbing the flop and giving up is not a great plan, because I don't think they'll fold any pairs, unless you want to go for multiple bets on later streets. And for this i think i'll pick hands like AcJc, AhJh, AdJd that have some bdfd additionally to current eq.
