I only have 20 hands on villain with 44-33-0. He seems very spewy and kind of reckless.

I think preflop, flop and turn are really standard and easy decisions. Maybe fold pre. Thoughts on that?

The river I mean on one side doesnt make any sense unless he has pocket 77. It really looks like a missed flush draw.
When he misses the nut flush draw and hits the ace I dont think he overshoves. I really think the A is irrelevant after he overshoves. Just asks for a call and make him show a missed draw.

On the other hand I have a second pair. Facing aggresion on the flop, turn and an overshove on an Ace river. I should fold right and wait for better spot?

6 is a good card OTT for us, since it decreases the 67 and set possibility.

V raise size is kinda low OTF (which might indicate that he is a fishy/spewy player)...

Dunno whether this is a call OTR. 50/50... I'd might call this just out of curiosity + he have loads of bricked FD+STR8 draws OTR...

Fold, he's repping a pretty strong hand and when the ace falls on the river he can make top pair with a lot of his bluffed draws. He definitely seems fishy/spewy but I dont think your hand is strong enough to call this down

Based on OP's read that V is a spewy fish, I doubt that he thinks too much about sizing. I also think fish tend to way overvalue top pair so it's certainly a possibility. Depending on how spewy V is, I'm sure there is a lot more air that he'd shove with besides missed FD. However, if we want to give V even the slightest bit of credit for putting any thought into the hand, the A is a bad card to continue betting with complete air as it is good for our range. I personally think there are better spots to bluff catch, like when the river isn't an A.
