It's that time of year again...

$1,000 buy-in "6th Annual Poker Pool". We will be back on Yahoo again so that we have access to the Scenario Generator. Jake11291 and Ryan Riess are kind enough to escrow again this year.

BASIC RULES ARE BELOW:
-1k/bracket, 3 max

-PAY Jake Schwartz or Riess PRIOR to tournament starting or bracket is VOID (the earlier the better)

-ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS: Venmo, Zelle, or PokerStars

-Put your NAME IN THE TITLE for your bracket so we know which brackets belong to whom

-PAYOUTS 50/25/15/10% (subject to change)

You can feel free to PM me, Jake11291 or Ryan Riess for escrow information. Once payment is received, we will PM you the link to join the pool on Yahoo.

Payouts will be announced by the time the first game tips Thursday at 12:15pm EST.

Process to Join the Pool:

2) Post a message in this thread indicating that the entry fee has been sent and what the name of your bracket will be (so that we don't accidentally delete it by thinking it's not paid for).

How many entries so far? TBH last year wasn't super fun to follow when we had 200+ entries and no matter who you picked, there were 20 people who had nearly identical brackets. Any thought to splitting it into 2 pools if there are that many people again? Thanks as always for organizing

78 registered so far. I think we expect around 200 entries again this year. We're going to keep it as one pool, it seems like most people really enjoy the bigger prize pool.

Also important to note -- as in past years, this pool is rake free. 100% of the entry fees go toward the prize pool.
