2/5/10 QQ vs. LAG in 4bet pot, deep

Home game setting, my 2nd time there so don't know most of the players.
Villain: smart, "dangerous" LAG. The type of player that is very good but lacks discipline to his own EV's demise (so in a sense, not good). He is down over 1.5k in a deep 2/5 game (not surprising). Very aggressive in big pots and weaker players avoid him. Have only played with him so much but my guess is that he is a winning player. He was running the table over before hitting some high variance run-bad.
Hero: perceived as LAG, have been 3-betting weak players IP a good amount this session. V is perceptive and puts hero as LAG (called one of my bluffs earlier in the night), though I'm not as lag as himself.
Effective stacks: $2.5k ish
Straddle is on for $10. 30-50% hands at this point are straddled.
Weak player opens to $30. Villain 3-bets to $110. Hero wakes up in SB with QQ and 4-bets to $325. Villain calls quickly (not atypical for him to snap call)
Villain has a very low fold to 3bet or 4bet IP. I haven't seen him fold to a 3bet or 4bet all night (~3hrs) in a game that is pretty aggressive. Haven't seen him 5-bet either, yet (though he did later in the night). Not surprised he called, and I expect him to be decently wide. He may think I'm wide as well, not sure. I'm definitely not thrilled to be going OOP against him.
Headsup to flop
Flop (~$680): 763r. Check check. Thoughts here? I think default here is to range-bet 1/3ish, but I felt that would accomplish nothing here except bloat the pot OOP against a dangerous V since with this V he rarely (never) folds to a c-bet in a headsup 3b / 4b pot. Thoughts?
Turn: J. Now a flush draw. I bet $250. Quick call (he normally calls quick).
Turn (~$1180): K. No flush. K is good for our range... what do we do here?
Thoughts on previous streets?

What does your 4bet range look like?
What 4bet calls had you seen villain showdown?
How does villain play 4 bet pots? How does villain respond to weakness in general?
Flop should be a mandatory cbet imho. Sizing is probably somewhat irrelevant because of the 4 bet and pot size we can probably get stacks in either way by the river if we want to.
As played I would bet slightly bigger on the turn.
As played K seems better for villain's range maybe more of a blank if he's not going to float AK here ott so I'd just check/decide. Probably mostly calling river bets depending on size etc.

Flop is a fine check - we never have 77 66 or 33. We also rarely have 45
Turn bet is meh - I probably go bigger - $350 - $400. We can possibly have JJ in our range - will fold to a raise most of the time although vs this type of player may be tough to ever fold.
River - Interesting spot a few ways to play it.
You could bet really small to kind of protect how much you want to put in the pot although he might bluff raise - which is unlikely due to your 4bet.
I don't really like betting big here as we fold out hands like 88-TT and only get called by better.
You could check evaluate. Gonna be annoying if he bets big.
I kind of like betting small or checking river.

Your 4 bet range to him is the key to this hand in my opinion.
The V style is likely to flat the 4 bet with medium pairs and some suited Broadway hands, given the fact that he is in position and deep.
One way I like the flop check since on that rainbow 4 bet pot it is unlike that V hits hard but if V never folds to a c-bet in position that is a leak that hero can get advantage of (if he has a weak 4bet calling range)
Given your line I will continue betting on river. Sizing depends on if you think he can shove facing a small river bet. If he has that weapon in is arsenal the c/c or bet big to kill is bluff shove.

Flop is a very clear Cbet. I don't know what you're scared of. Do you really expect villain to show up with a set or a straight on a 763 board in a 4bet pot? If he does have junk like that in his range, then he's got to have all the 55-JJ too, which is just more reason to value bet.
Turn is okay but could size up a little to $350ish.
As played, we should bet/fold like $600 on the river for thin value. Villain is going to have a lot of middling pairs here and a lot of Jx suited hands.
