Hero: (1500$ effective) Ywg reg been playing tight for most of the session, but playing a lot of hands since a massive fish joined the table a short while ago
Villain; MAWG playing very tight seems solid and is a reg at the casino

OTTH:
I am in the Small blind and it folds to me I dont look at my hand limp (I do relise this is not the meta, but i limp most hands anyway and i need to keep my senity somehow) villain does not know i did not look at my hand before limping pre, villain looks at his hand and i tell him to please not raise. He says sorry but i have to raise this one and seems geniune and makes it 16$
I look down at AhKc and make it 60$ villain calls
Flop (120) 6d7dQc
I bet 50 villain calls (I bet small with my whole range here)
Turn (220) 8c I bet 120$ villain calls (I bet big here to try and fold out all non=combo draws and 2s-Js (expect 66,77 and 88 ofc)
River (480) Kd, I bet 150 villain makes it 450 FML. What do I do here on the river?
Also thoughts on rest of the hand

Ouch, sounds like a slowplayed set or a flush to me.
Fold. Especially given your read of the player.

Just look at your hand pre and act accordingly. If you want to not look at your hand raising would be preferred over limping since you know raising can actually win the hand without ever knowing what your cards were.

As played it's sort of whatever post flop. Would likely give up on the flop and definitly ott once called.

Definitely look at your hand pre. As played I would check flop with no backdoor FD. River is a fold
