I've been getting this "jump to the bottom" effect using Google Chrome.

I’ve basically only gotten on 2p2 from my iPhone using safari for a long while now. Just today I started getting a little banner pop up on the bottom of the screen usually for BJ’s (har har). That was this morning, first time for those. Just now I started getting the amazon gift card ads and what not. Just, FYI I guess.

I'm getting killed with this lucky dog Facebook lookalike. Android/Chrome.

How are they able to attach these ads to your website? Seems almost like a form of malware.

Have you checked your computer for this?

Doesn't happen on my computer, but no, no malware there. My guess is, it's some security type flaw in chrome mobile with certain websites.

Weird ad injection happening again for mobile? Safari keeps going opening spam casino ads after sitting on the page for a few moments. I've seen others reporting the same for mobile.

Thanks for all the recent reports; I'll make sure TPTB are aware and look into it.

Not really enough detail in these reports for me to track it. Screenshots, browser, OS, page visited would all be really useful.

For me, I switched to taptalk. Little research looks like it is a exploit of chrome. Why it only hits when I use the forums is beyond me. The solution can be Googled, and it involves putting the device in safe mode. Use Google support instead of the first few hits...they seo type blog post that I would not trust for info.

When I get home, I'll post a screenshot, which will be tomorrow.

Does it happen to you on other sites or forums, or just 2+2?

Without clicking on the link can you determine the URL the ad takes you to? That would be helpful to our advertising partner.
