If there are stats outside the mean the player should be contacted and they should be given the opportunity to justify there play. I have seen postings of players are not bots and they are being accused of being bots and it would be terrible to pull someone from the site when they are not cheating.

... Somebody who has a relationship with ACR needs to put there ego aside and have a fair conversation with ACR and not make demands are attack them. There are issues yes; but nobody wants to have an ugly baby and taking the right approach is the key to me.
I was playing there too. Having nice results at Jackpot poker playing at all limits.
Every time I saw a thread about bots I was thinking like "LOL, some fish is losing money again".
When I saw what happened here I realized this isn't a joke anymore.
So for the first time I asked myself "what if".
It was few months before that - I talked to a friend and said to him that it's funny that all regs always play only one table. Yeah, I needed few months to figure out what is 2+2
.
But seriously. Never two tables. Just one (1).
They weren't bad at all. Around 5 of them at 10$ tables. After few thousands hands and comparing stats it was obviously enough to me what is very likely going on.
So back to your point about bots.
I'm trying to understand why you think bots are something we should get used to it. Or you are saying we can make money out of them?
I agree fair conversation is needed.
