Joey said something in the nvg thread about the ipoker bots about making a video on it when he gets back from the awards show later this week. Maybe that's where everyone is at, maybe Phil is getting one, Id imagine 2+2 is if there is one for forums. I too am starting to wonder how long "a little time" is that Mason posted above that this is going to take and it is disheartening to see ongoing reports of the same issues and the selective posting from the WPN reps.

Yeah, what ever happened to that twitch stream they initially planned on the empowering thread? Got edited out and we were pushed under the rug real quick, nothing has even been acknowledged since. They want us to forgive / forget and moderators to stay skeptical and silent. Enough is enough, I've definitely pulled all my money from the site given their urgency on all of this that is all so new to them - but it's pretty clear it's been ****ed from the get go. How are they able to get away with all of this? If we allow them to.

Thank you for posting this. I have faith that 2+2 and WPN will do the right and best thing for everyone involved and i appreciate the efforts. I'd love to be a fly on the wall I can only imagine what's being discussed etc.

I hope the WPN team doesn't block you guys on Skype like they have everybody else who has asked them any questions or tried to help them solve the problems.

We're going on 2 weeks and not a single word posted about it from WPN except the 1 PR statement they put out and Dan "Winning_TD" loling that he had no idea the original thread was posted.... yet they are still advertising on all of the banner ads and also still advertising in their sub-forum that they won't respond to anyone in, makes no sense to me.

Looking forward to what you guys find out from them, but not holding my breath that it will be anything useful other than the typical WPN bs.

We're in the process of first getting a good understanding of what all the specific issues are. This includes monitoring everything on the forums, meeting with a couple of knowledgeable people relative to this topic, and talking to an expert on how things like bots can impact play. Hopefully this will be finished by the end of this week. Then we'll move forward from there.

WPN appears to have dealt with the late reg loophole, so they're taking steps in the right direction. Hopefully the other issues mentioned in this thread and others will be addressed, too.

I would like to bring to light the continued issue with this network not being able to restrict accounts that have requested self bans over and over

I think it is bad form for this forum to not take problem gaming as a serious issue

this network has had continued issues with this

Just want to make sure when making determinations on the future that all the issues are explored and IMO this is very serious to allow this site to prey on problem gamblers

very bad for the future of the game

I was hoping for some statement today. It seems that Mr. Malmuth is undertaking a detailed look at what's going on.

I wonder if the delay is due to the efforts of 2+2 in conducting a thorough investigation, or if it is due to WPN requesting more time.

I've already withdrew all my money from WPN. Will not be back until the bot rings are dead. I can't be grinding peanuts knowing that I'm playing against a computer. Total and complete waste of time.

As of March 1st, the WPN forum has been closed, and their advertising is not continuing at the present time. There will be further information from Mason Malmuth coming in a Publisher's Note in the March issue of the 2+2 Magazine shortly.
