Personally, I don't understand why the thread was locked/closed. But I am likely lacking understanding of the full history and situation.
Even if the original thread was a trolling thread, some posters added quite a bit of good information in there. I also quite like analysing unusual thought processes and unusual lines, (if cbetting <50% is considered unusual on a drawy flop).
@Rich: I know from experience (from another forum) that arguing with moderators about moral philosophy of what they should do or shouldn't do won't get you any sympathy, or remedy your thread lock problem. Because forum moderators are in essence the judge, jury and executioners. They aren't democratically elected as far as I'm aware, so it doesn't matter what you or we think about how they behave. I'm sure you realise by now that you have to suck it up and deal with it. We get the forums free, so no big deal when considering the bigger picture. There is bigger injustice in the world.
