Never understood why so many peeps self ban? Is it like a drugs to them were they can't control how much they post??

Peeps should just stop posting?

And I self banned from poker stars for five years so I guess the joke on me

They do it because they cannot control their gambling so they seek external controls on their behavior.

This is why I do it. I go through 2-3 two-week bans in the run-up to exam time.
