Also - FYI - you won't have access to start marketplace threads anymore if you aren't able to verify and recover your old account.

Without going through several tedious steps, even admins aren't able to read PMs so I don't think we'd want to start that precedent. Do you remember the email address that used on that account? Or have an idea of what you think it is and just don't have access to it?

Yeah, I've done this for a few people so far by changing their password and logging in as them, but I'm not real comfortable doing it as I don't like poking through private messages, even though I limit myself to a couple they've told me about. And if I had to do that 10 or 20 times a day, I'd quit doing this pretty quick as I'd be all day about it. IOW, yeah, extreme cases only.

For everyone who's waiting - I got home from Mother's Day festivities a couple hours ago and have the kids in bed now, so I'm now going through the emails I received today. About 20 down, 20 to go. And some PMs as well.

As I mentioned, I changed the email account for your original account to the one you used to register this account. What happened when you used the password recovery tool again?
