So what's the deal with getting PMs on new(ish) accounts? This is apparently an account I made right after my main account and the only one to which I have the email stuff. I know I can get a few mods to vouch for me (and prove who I am if need be) but I can't use PMs yet. Is it 50 posts or a similar cut off?

In the password recovery form why can't we input our username and then have the system send a temp password to the email associated with username.

I still own that email and that username is the only one I want.

If you know the email that used to be on your account, email me (sgtrj1@gmail.com) with as much information as you can think of that proves you are the person behind your account and I'll look into it.

Stuff like DOB, infraction history, MP/trade history on 2p2, others who will vouch, any and all of that if you know it or have it.

I'm also posting this as an example of a stellar email proving this user knew enough about the account he claimed to hold. I'm just editing out any personal info.

Basically, the more specific/detailed you can be, the better. Granted, some stuff (like the last thing you posted) could be looked up by anyone, but the totality of the proof was very obvious in this case.
