Viewing 2p2 from iphone/Android: Tapatalk - Page 28 - About the Forums

Mine does this now and then, but it's always associated with too many apps running. If you are running something memory-intensive, that may be it.

Also, upgrade your OS imo. I know people talked about battery life with 4.2/4.3, but it's now improved to the point where it's better than any usable outdated iOS. (this applies to 4G and 3Gs; 3G has different needs.) Plus, if you're a jailbreaker there's a new (as of last Thursday iirc) jailbreakme.com break out, for the latest iOS on both GSM and CDMA.

i had been wanting an app (or at least a mobile version of 2p2) forever...

downloaded this a couple days ago, only got around to playing with it today...

excellent job. where do i send a couple bucks for the right? i mean, most of my surfing is 2p2, but when on my iphone that used to drop by a lot.

now, it's just like i'm on my laptop.

It's another of those things that Tapatalk doesn't support — on our list of things to try to get, but holding your breath for it would be a bad idea. For now the best way to do it is the same as the method I detailed earlier for viewing spoilers: select the post and then view in Safari. Sorry that's the best we can do.

Um, that is the workaround; no, nothing better than that. As you can see, the all-Tapatak werewolf game would (will?) be somewhat different from a normal game.

And don't think it was ignored; that was one of the first things I put in my bug reports and I know kiera passed it along. I think many forums don't feature as much complex quoting (and other things) in their typical threads, and so the more limited feature set of Tapatalk doesn't limit their utility as much. We're clearly running at and sometimes over the engine's limitations.

On the Droid there is no option to view in browser sir.

So no workaround

If you hit browser it takes you to page 1 of the thread, not the post you're on.

Atak is implying in iPhone you can click on a post and see it in the browser

When I click on a post in the app on the Droid there is no browser option

Yes, what I implied is how it works in the browser: selecting the post, then "more", then "open in Safari" takes you write to that post using the Safari engine. I didn't know it didn't work that way with the Droid version.

How funny: I cannot view the user's guide at all from the app, even though I'm trying only to load the last page (at 20ppp in the app), without all the images. Apparently the images on the first page, or maybe something else, breaks it.

I'm in the woods right now with VERY little Internet, so can't really answer questions reliably for a few days. If anyone has any issues, maybe start a Q&A thread (or one for each platform) and I can get to them in a few days. (I have a funeral to deal with; should be rejoining the world by middle of next week.)

Love the droid app by and large, but just had an issue viewing hand histories. When eazygoing just started posting hands in the high stakes thread, the suit icons were massive (as if they were full size images). Made the hands unreadable. He's using the same hand converter I was, although his hands had the "view hand" link in them.
