Last few days Iv been having trouble connecting to twoplustwo on my home network. Everything else works fine still and I can access my account here via mobile or an iPad tethered to either of my phones. When I try n use wifi at home though it just keeps timing out and I get an error message saying something's preventing the access.
I use tapatalk on all devices but only for this forum. It logs into tapatalk but then no further.

Any ideas on what's up would be greatly appreciated.. cheers

That sounds like a you problem rather than a 2+2 problem.

Maybe the other topic I started just now could be moved here? Sorry, I didn't see this thread befor I posted and seems I'm not the only one having issues with tapatalk lately

I suppose it's possible that 2+2 is misconfigured in some sort of way that's making it inaccessible to only you and only on your home network. Seems a bit unlikely tho.

I'm not suggesting 2+2 is targeting me. Just simply asking for help with a genuine issue

Know who ISP is but not very tech savvy no. I just press buttons. I seem to be asking something silly here so if you could PM me some suggestions when you have a moment on what I could try that'd be great. Thanks a lot for trying

Its easy. See http://www.chasms.com/chasms1/howdoi..._tracertW7.htm
and run the commands on forumserver.twoplustwo.com replacing "website.com" in the instructions.

PM the results.

This can point to where the connection is broken. Any chance you or your ISP is running a netnanny type filtering/censorship type app?

With today's update Tapatalk forgot my forum password. It knew my username still but I could tell I was browsing as guest. Opening a sub forum I don't read finally caused a password prompt.

Gonna be very sad when I eventually switch phones and lose it. Hopefully 2p2 will come to their senses by then and ditch tapatalk. I can hold out at least another year.

A terrible failure for a while now is tapatalk stopped respecting my ignore list. Posters I ignore show up. Their posts look like they are being quoted. This is a crime. The old behavior of showing nothing for ignored posts was perfect.

I just had an issue with Tapatalk in that I lost the ability to drop down the forum list as that option disappeared on my main menu when I selected 2 plus 2. The solution I found that worked was that I went into the customise tab and unselected all the options and then went in there again and selected those options back (notwithstanding there was no ability to select the forum option).

Is anyone having problem viewing 2+2 on tapatalk? When tapatalk updates I was automatically logout from the forum. Now I can't even enter using tapatalk.
