If I were able to change the name of one fourm on here it would be the Internet Gambling forum.
The only posts I ever see are related to poker. Gambling is better associated with "casino play" rather than poker.
The further the word poker is associated to the word gambling and the closer it is associated to the word skill the better, for many reasons including the PPA lobby.

A name change would save me the trouble of moving hundreds of threads a day from people who don't read the stickies and have no idea that Internet Gambling=Online Poker.

Thinking about this more perhaps there is a case for renaming it "Internet Poker" and another section for "Other Internet Gambling". Poker so dominates the forum that anything else gets lost or ignored anyway.

I have been with 2+2 since 2005. Recently I have changed my PS screen name (with PS Blessing and assistance). I have also registered a new name on 2+2, which matches my PS name. I did this because I want to engage other regulars on the forums and become a recognized member of the community here.

Is it possible for my old and new screen name to be combined?

you may be able to get your old acc's name changed and delete the new one. You need to PM a red to do this. (ryan beal or mat sklansky).
