Khalif's "actual status" can never be known in a sufficient way for them. Multiple chromosomal tests by a governing body with XY chromosomes is clearly hogwash, they're a shady Russian group! Plus we don't even know what specific test was used, even though that's irrelevant. Besides, plenty of females have XY chromosomes! The real proof is a birth certificate that says "Female" that was coincidentally registered the same year Khalif began boxing. Those are 2 tests in different locations, both affirming XY chromosomes per failure requirements in their rules and regulations. Multiple tests by the governing body.
